  • There are some items that are non-returnable items.
  • Do not qualify for return (Rider’s Accessories).
  • If you have an issue with the item received, please reach out to our customer support team via contact page, email or phone to note the request with your records and to be taken into consideration. (DO NOT sends the item back without contacting our customer support team).
  • No requests would be taken into consideration through social media programs. (Facebook or Instagram).
  • We have 3 days return policy, which means any return requests, shall be raised within 3 days maximum of receiving the delivery. After the 3 days of receiving the item no requests can be taken into consideration if return period is over.

Returning an item and handling the shipment fees and process through our delivery partner (Aramex) is the buyer’s responsibility OR you are welcome to drop the item to the address available at the “contact” page in person for FREE.

  • In exception, you may return the returnable items in person within 3 days period during DARE’s participation in any championship event.

Please find our working hours below for your kind reference if you decide to attend the office in person:

  • Sun – Thurs: 9:00am – 5:00pm Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE
  • DARE will take care of the collection of returned orders from outside of UAE.
  • We do not encourage exchange of items under any circumstances. You may return a purchase to get a refund and place a separate order for the other piece(s) that you may like. (Refund shall be made through bank transfer).
  • No returned items would be accepted without their price tags.
  • For the meanwhile we don’t give a refund as cart or brand credit for other purchases. (Any refund shall be made through bank transfer).
